For a school to do what is best for your child/children, it is very important to have good home-school communication.

For 1st-6th class, the homework journal is the primary means of communication. It should be checked every evening and any message for the teacher should be written in the space provided for the child to show the teacher. For Infant classes, their bags should be checked for notes, and also check the window on the door where they are collected, for messages and information.

The school phone number is 046 9541949. It is better to communicate in writing with the class teacher as they cannot come to the phone when supervising children.

Parent-Teacher meetings are generally held once a year, outside school hours. If a parent needs to talk to a teacher during the year, they may make an appointment to meet with them at their convenience
