The Great Irish Bake 2023
The staff of St Mary’s Primary school took part in a fundraiser, the Great Irish Bake 2023 in aid of the Children’s Health Foundation, which raises much needed funds for Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght, and Connolly Hospitals. Thank you to all who baked such wonderful treats for the occasion. €451 was raised for these very worthwhile causes. A big thank you to Geraldine, who organised the very successful event.
St Mary’s, led by our Green School’s Committee, observed World Water Day, March 22 2023. It is a day for focusing attention on the importance of water. Often we take water for granted so it’s important to stop and appreciate how lucky we are to have clean, safe water available to us. The children took part in various activities to mark the special day.
